HOW MUCH DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
Post-processing is the most time-intensive part of your wedding as we work hard to ensure your images meet our artistic standards.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE REACH OUT TO BOOK?
ASAP. We advise that bookings are made months in advance. To keep the booking process fair, our policy is that we do not hold or secure dates without a signed contract and deposit. If you want to secure your dates with us, please contact us to arrange a consultation.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
After looking through our portfolio, please send us an inquiry through the contact tab you can find on our website. We respond within 24 hours. We offer in-person or over-the-phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 60% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date. Once the retainer is paid, we start to reject any event that falls on that day.

We maintain quality and consistency in our work by having only two teams of four photographers.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Our turnaround for weddings is 2 weeks. We deliver the photos while the excitement is fresh with each and every image professionally edited. (Also we like to under promise and overdeliver)
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING?
Every situation is different and we work with our clients to find suitable options.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
When the editing is complete, we upload the images to a pixieset online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. The images are stored online for 14 Days.
